Heal. Grow. Thrive.
Heal. Grow. Thrive.
We are a team of Social Workers and Counselors in Boulder who are passionate about offering a courageous and comfortable environment in which to explore growth and change. We believe that the healing relationship is the most important part of therapy. We work with individuals, couples, families or in a group setting to help our clients build the skills they need to work through and remain resilient through difficult times.
We believe that all people should have access to socially conscious and high quality therapy by clinicians who are supported through a balance of supervision, manageable caseloads, and ongoing training. We offer full fee appointments, sliding scale fees, and accept Medicaid insurance. In addition, we offer affordable trainings for community members and clinicians on a monthly basis.
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons and we’re here to help you decide if it’s right for you. Our therapists support clients working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, and a variety of other challenges that can arise in everyday life. We use a variety of modalities and tailor our sessions to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family. If you want to find out more or are ready to start making changes in your life, we’re here to help.
