Mary Kay Irving, LCSW, CNTP is an integrative nutrition coach and educator, speaker and EMDR therapist. Following a life changing health crisis in 2006, Mary Kay went back to school to expand her training in the field of nutrition. In 2015, Mary Kay opened Boulder Center for Health and Nutrition with a mission to educate and empower others with the latest nutrition science, mindfulness and lifestyle practices to help people attain their happiest, healthiest life.
Mary Kay advocates for the use of nutrition and lifestyle habits to overcome depressed moods, sugar and carb addiction and to help stabilize blood sugar imbalances. She specializes in ancestral lifestyles including gluten free, paleo and low carb ketogenic. She incorporates these lifestyle practices into her integrative approach to healing from trauma, anxiety, depression and addictions as well as for people recovering from cancer treatment and stabilizing blood sugar.
