  • Mindfulness

  • Mental Health Training for Managers

  • Racism and Inclusion

  • Working with Power and Oppression Dynamics

Sample Course: Introduction to Mindfulness and Stress Reduction

10 Week Course

This course provides Mindfulness and Stress Reduction exercises, techniques, education through the presentation of research, and group discussions. Your team will participate in a wide variety of mindfulness practices that they can incorporate into their daily lives either at home or work. They will also gain awareness of stress in the mind and body as well as stress reactivity and how mindfulness practices can shift these experiences. Typical benefits can include an increased understanding of individual stress responses and reactivity, increased productivity and workplace satisfaction, a greater sense of calm, improved self regulation skills, and improved communication.

Sample Course: Reaching Across the Racial Divide

Day Long Group Format

Racism is deeply imbedded in our psyches, and in our personal, professional, and community group interactions. Through didactic and experiential engagement in small and large groups, we will create space to discuss and process the divide of racism and confront its damaging possibilities. Group facilitators will encourage participants' bravery and risk-taking as they interact from their personal narratives in U.S. racialized history. Possible benefits can include a new recognition of how racism affects us as individuals and within groups and how our priveleged and marginalized identities are at play within interpersonal and group dynamics.
