I believe that learning to tap into a sense of fun and play is vital, and an important component to healing from trauma. This group will provide a safe container in which to explore what that looks and feels like for the individual.

“A good way to get to know your inner child is to play. It turns out that playing is also a great way to find out your needs, especially the ones you left behind you in your childhood. Playing will automatically bring them out. Once they are activated, some of them will mature into your true adult needs. Play is also a great way to find out that your needs are good and that what you are is valuable and unique.”
