  You may qualify for financial help if you answer yes to the following:

  • Have Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program)?

  • Have us as your regional organization? This means that you live in Regions 3 or 5 of Colorado:
    Adams County
    Arapahoe County
    Denver County
    Douglas County
    Elbert County

  • Have a need that Health First Colorado does not cover?

  • Have not been able to find another community group to help with that need?

• How do I find a care coordinator?

• How do I find a primary care provider (PCP) or specialist who takes my insurance?

  Colorado Access Services will help you find a provider who accepts Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+). You can search for a provider online using the provider search.

• Are there Adaptive Language Services?

  You can get free language services if you need them. This means things like written/oral interpretation and auxiliary aids/services. Call 1-800-511-5010 (TTY: 1-888-803-4494).
