Jacqui Mirelle, Therapist, LPCC, (SHE/HER)

Jacqui (she/her/hers) holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration on Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling. Her orientation integrates mindfulness practices and present-centered modalities such as Gestalt therapy, parts work, and a focus on personal growth and self-agency. Through her humanistic and relational approach, Jacqui brings a transpersonal lens that encompasses the client’s whole being - the mind, body, and spirit. She approaches each client with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgement in order to create a safe, supportive, and shame-free environment where they can feel accepted and understood. With a deep value on building trust and connection, Jacqui helps clients navigate their journeys towards health, healing, and meaning-making, while helping them discover their innate wisdom along the way.  Jacqui also offers EMDR and DBT-informed treatment.

Jacqui grew up in Chicago, and has lived in New York and Florida before calling Colorado her home. She spends her free time connecting with nature (and nature’s creatures), and exploring creative outlets through music, dance, poetry, and yoga.
