My name is Brantley LaCombe (he/him), the new Community Care Coordinator for Whole Connection! I am excited to work alongside the team here at Whole Connection to provide community support resources to clients.

I have a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies from Boise State University. I have worked over 6 years in healthcare, mostly in the acute hospital setting, with the last year and a half in case management. My philosophy of care is based in empathy, advocacy, education, and equity.

I understand how complex and overwhelming it can be trying to find the needed resources to support one’s health needs and I am looking forward to helping clients find the support and build lasting foundations to thrive in their communities.

In my free time I enjoy a wide variety of activities- I love getting outside, whether it’s finding a new trail to hike or just puttering around in my garden. I enjoy hands-on activities like baking or bringing new life and purpose to old or discarded furniture. Sometimes it’s nice to just curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy listening to the rain.
